The Wieserhof is located at Wolfsthurn Street 23, I-39010 Andrian, South Tyrol. The property is situated directly on the South Tyrolean Wine Road between Bolzano and Merano.

The holiday apartments are available from 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. If you plan to arrive after 6:00 p.m., we kindly ask you to inform us in advance.

On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the apartments by 10:00 a.m. at the latest to ensure a smooth arrival for the following guests.

The apartments feature a bedroom, a living area with a double sofa bed, and a kitchenette. Amenities include a shower/WC, wall safe, satellite TV, balcony or terrace, and free Wi-Fi throughout the house.

No, breakfast is not offered.

No, the building does not have an elevator. All apartments are accessible only by stairs.

Yes, Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire house and is free of charge.

Yes, there is a washing machine available in the basement (for a fee).

The booking becomes confirmed as soon as a deposit (booking guarantee) has been paid and the booking confirmation has been sent.

No, the deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation.

In South Tyrol, a local tax is applied, amounting to €2.00 per person per day (children up to 14 years are exempt). The local tax is not included in the price.

For a pet, we charge €12.00 per day (without food). Please inquire in advance.

Guests have access to an outdoor swimming pool, a large sunbathing lawn, a playground, and a barbecue area.

Yes, there is a bicycle cellar with a charging station for e-bikes. E-bike rentals are offered through partner companies.

Yes, there is a playground for the little ones and table tennis for all ages.

The pool is open from 7:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. and is not heated. Please bring your own towels.
